Some trombones are tuned through a mechanism in the slide section rather than via a separate tuning slide in the bell section. It is almost in mint condition, almost because there are small spots of lacquer wear on the contact points during playing. there are no dents, and the slide stockings are absolutely pristine with no wear. I love the look of the copper bell with the nickel silver trim. While in New Orleans, Steve has also performed with Al Belletto. I think these are a step above the ubiquitous Jinbao altos on ebay. $425 with case.
